July to December
Hello. We are well into our January now, but I need you to know that I didn't forget about posting this.
So, here are my best reads from July to December of 2014:
- A Tale of Two Cities by Charles Dickens
- The Things They Carried by Tim O'Brien
- number9dream by David Mitchell
- Black Swan Green by David Mitchell
- Jesus' Son by Denis Johnson
- Flury: Journey of a Snowman by Tony Bertauski
- The Thousand Autumns of Jacob de Zoet by David Mitchell
- Rooftoppers by Katherine Rundell
I guess I can now call myself a David Mitchell completist, and I need to write my thoughts on those books soon.
These books are my special mentions:
- Dancing After Hours by Andre Dubus
- Fludd by Hilary Mantel
- Dwellers by Eliza Victoria
- Close to Famous by Joan Bauer
For my best short stories list:
- The Egg by Andy Weir
